🎵 Music

This week, Senior Infants had great fun decorating and making their own shakers using recyclable materials. Once they were ready, the children loved experimenting with the different sounds and shaking along to the music!

🎨 Visual Art

In Art, the class explored the work of Alexander Calder and created their own colourful 3-D sculptures inspired by his style. They practiced lots of techniques such as cutting, folding, rolling, and curling paper, and of course used plenty of glue!

With these new skills, the children put their creativity to work by designing playgrounds. Each one was unique and full of wonderful ideas.
