Music on Wheels 2025
Today we had a great celebration of music at the school with our Music Generation Tin Whistle players, our School Trad Group who performed in Arás an Uachtaráin in December, Eibhlín on Guitar, Faolán on the fiddle, Willow on Electric Guitar, Clara doing some Irish Dancing and Danielis and Kajetan telling us a few jokes. Confirmation Class of 2025
Congratulations to all the sixth class pupils who received the Sacrament of Confirmation on Saturday. We all welcomed a visit from the Patron of our School, Bishop Martin Hayes, to the school last Thursday and everyone had a great day on Saturday. We had lots of cake and celebrations at the school today. A busy start to term 3
We have had a busy start back this term with Zumba beginning today. We have been trying lots of different fruit and vegetables as part of the Food Dudes programme. We have been looking at the food pyramid. Furthermore, we have been sorting foods into those we should be eating regularly and those that are a treat! In maths, we have started our new topic - money.

Easter Egg Raffle and Parents Association Prizes
Well done to all the children who won an Easter Egg in their class raffle and to Patrick in Senior Infants who won the Easter Egg Hamper. Congratulations to the five children who won an Easter Egg and a voucher for Café Mana, Smith's Diner or Cavan Swimming Pool for raising so much money in the Parents Association Sponsored Walk. The school raised €280 for Unicef last week with our colourful Friendship Day so well do everyone who supported it too.
