A week in Senior Infants
This week in maths, we focused on measurements. We discussed what containers holds more/holds less. We measured the length of various items using interlocking cubes. We coloured by sight words. We made our very own leprechauns. Children presented their creations made at home for oral language. We loved hearing about all the different creations - drawings, board games, prints and constructions. Some pictures from play.

Snippets from Senior Infants
Our clothes shop was very busy today - trying on outfits and dealing with the customers. In the sand, the children found different items of clothes and considered when they would wear these items. With the wooden blocks, the children built a town with a butchers, pharmacy and lots of different types of shops. In maths, we are working on our numbers. We have created different number sentences and we are comparing numbers. Some more snippets from Senior Infants!
