All pupils from third to sixth class participated in the Gerard Reilly tournament at Killygarry Football Pitch on June 16th. Gerard was a pupil of Crubany NS, who sadly died of the disease Muscular Dystrophy. A football tournament is held each year in his name between Crubany, Killygarry and Corlurgan schools and the teams consist of students from all three schools. It was a fun day and Killygarry got to bring home the cups this year. Here are the Killygarry captains Aisling and Dylan, ebing presented with the cups by Gerard’s mother Bernie Reilly.
