On May 14th 2015, 90 pupils and 7 teachers travelled to the Aviva Stadium in Dublin for the FAI schools all-Ireland 5-a-side finals. It was pouring rain all morning, but that didn’t dampen our spirits. Thankfully by 12.30 it had dried off and we began our series of matches. Unfortunately we lost our first game against the Limerick team 5-8 but we came back to beat the Roscommon team 7-4 and the Meath team 10-4. We finished on 6 points and it was down to the final match between the Limerick team and the Meath team. The Limerick team won that match and therefore finished on 7 points- one ahead of us.

Congratulations also to Butlersbridge and Arva who were first in their categories. It was a great day for Cavan!
