Floating and Sinking

Second Class were learning all about floating and sinking this week. On Thursday we carried out experiments with fruit to see if they would float or sink. We made predictions and gave reasons for our results. As part of our oral language topic on water we made boats. The children had to remember the shape needed to make sure it would float.
