Cross Country Running Champions

Killygarry National School had a very successful day today at the Cross-Country Running Championships in Killinkere. With over 40 schools participating and over 1000 children the children in Killygarry N.S. did superbly. The results are as follows:

Junior Girls Team came 2nd overall

Intermediate Girls Team came 2nd overall

Aisling came 4th in the Junior Girls

Faolan came 5th in the Junior Boys

Caoimhe came 3rd in the Intermediate Girls

Aimee came 2nd in the Senior Girls

Shay came 11th in the Senior Boys

To win 5 individual medals and 2 teams medals was a great achievement.
